We understand how frustrating it can be when images don’t load as expected. This can sometimes happen due to your phone’s internet connection. No need to worry—we’ve got you covered! Simply take your photos and try uploading them again using a stronger Wi-Fi connection for a smooth experience.
How Do I Assign a User to a Task?
We’re excited to help you get your team set up! Once your user has signed up through the WorkViper app, you can easily add them to your account via the dedicated tab on your dashboard. From there, you can assign tasks during the creation process. Visit your dashboard here: Dashboard.
How Do I Re-Upload Images?
Re-uploading is simple and straightforward! Just press and hold on any images outlined in red. A pop-up will appear, guiding you to re-upload your photos with ease.
How Do I Add a User?
We’re here to make collaboration seamless! To add a user for task assignments, ensure they’ve signed up through the WorkViper app. Once they’re registered, you can add them to your account and start assigning tasks.
Why Won’t the Dashboard Load on My Phone?
